There is no need for conventional transportation while staying here – a fine pair of guaraches will do. And when venturing out to a neighboring beach, you can simply hop onto a water-taxi from the nearby fishing pier.

We are a family-owned villa offering personalized hospitality next to the beach and in the heart of town — the Zona Romantica. From our villa, you can conveniently descend a flight of stairs and be sinking your toes in warm sand, amble to a spa for that well-deserved massage, or be sauntering off to dine in one of the many world-class restaurants — all accessible within minutes.

Nestled above Playa Los Muertos, the villa has a bird’s eye-view of the beach down below, a panoramic vista of Banderas Bay, and a clear sight of the crown jewel of Puerto Vallarta, the cathedral tower of Our Lady of Guadalupe.

From your secluded balcony you can enjoy the soothing sound of ocean waves, breathtaking iridescent sunsets, and even the thrill of spotting migrating humpbacks during whale-watching season.
